Job description:
Open2Digital is looking for a Senior Community Manager who is a native English speaker with a deep knowledge of the UK market. Reporting to the International Account Director, you will manage multiple clients and be responsible for the following tasks:
- Setting and implementing digital marketing strategies for our international clients’ social media platforms
- Drafting and managing editorial calendars, specific to the British market
- Creating original content for our clients together with our graphic designers
- Operating social media platforms, third-party tools and content publishing
- Moderating and responding to client inquiries
- Analysing performance indicators and drawing up activity reports
- Creating, managing and analysing advertising campaigns
- Providing clients with insightful recommendations for development, in line with their marketing goals
- Social web monitoring and monitoring of our clients’ sectors.
Requirements:
- Native English speaker with excellent writing skills
- Deep understanding of British customs and culture
- Fluency in French, spoken & written
- Good knowledge of social networks, their specificities and tools
- First-hand experience in the field of social media (preferably in an agency)
- Creativity, curiosity and enthusiasm are a must
- Ability to prioritise, stay autonomous and produce high-quality work
- Team player
