Our Vision in Digital Communication Strategy
- Define priority targets and audiences
- Choose strategic communication axes and translate them into objectives and strong ideas in an appropriate semantic field – popularization of expert content and creation of quality content
- Design a methodology and tools to establish effective and differentiated communication with different targets (editorial line, graphic charter, SMART report, etc.)
- Propose an organization of communication and smooth circulation of information in crisis and non-crisis situations (editorial calendar, event coverage, live tweeting, newsjacking, etc.)
- Propose and have validated by COPIL a program of actions with the HQ: action – communication axis – means – public concerned – priority level – project leader – costs (specific sheet per action if applicable)
- Define the monitoring and evaluation indicators to be implemented and evaluate them monthly during physical or telephone meetings to then define the recommendations and corrective actions.
